Hello world,
I am going to keep this short and simple!
I've struggled with losing weight for about 6 years now. So this time I have a plan in order for me to reach where I know I'm supposed to be!
I'm writing things down.
I'm using my phone to track my food with "My Fitness Pal"
I have a fit bit that I have had for about a year now, but plan on using it to track my workouts.
I bought the #blogilates fit journal for 2016 and am planning on using it as a hard copy of my foods and grocery lists. Also for inspiration.
I have all the tools I need to be successful including very supportive family and friends.
I blame no one but myself for where I am today.
